Christopher M. Smith brings together executive operations, entertainment and creative-industry experience, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and organizational leadership study.
More than a decade of enterprise-level leadership required finding clarity and structure inside complex, high-pressure environments. That background now informs how he supports people who are working through decisions, growth, transitions, responsibility, and leadership.
A later period of personal reinvention, including cancer recovery and returning to graduate study for an MBA, added another dimension to the work. Change is not only something he studies. It is something he has had to live.
He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, has a background in digital arts engineering, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership. CNP Discovery brings those experiences into a focused one-on-one setting without turning the conversation into a résumé review.
