The current work is one-on-one, helping people work through direction, growth, next steps, and the responsibilities that come with leadership.
The approach is shaped by faith, service, life experience, executive leadership, and ongoing doctoral study in Organizational Leadership. That foundation informs the work without requiring clients to share the same beliefs.
